Membership Marketing Manager
Randstad is hiring a Membership Marketing Manager to work with our client's North American Membership Team that supports their app and its members.
The NA Membership team is looking for a highly-motivated Membership Marketing Manager to market the application's member scaled benefits.
You'll contribute to the overarching goal of building & deepening relationships with members over time by ensuring that members across North America are aware they're members, understand their benefits, and are aware of their benefits across the member lifecycle and in the moments that matter most.
You'll manage planning for marketing and execution for our scaled membership benefits, inclusive of member-advantaged product, expert guidance and advice, unforgettable experiences, and access to sport, anytime anywhere.
Key areas of focus for this role include, marketing the program and its benefits to new and existing members across all owned, earned and paid channels; continually aligning cross functional teams to execute against member marketing moments seasonally and 365; and aligning various teams against member benefit marketing. You will work cross-functionally to craft consumer journeys across digital and physical experiences and obsess the moments, scripting and execution of marketing member benefits to drive acquisition and retention.
With this role, you will be joining a new team that is shaping the future of how the Nike brand personally engages and connects with its most important consumers. Youll be critical in enabling the enterprise offense to create, deliver and operationalize friction-removing and distinction-creating value for members. To facilitate consistency of approach and implementation of best practices the role will report directly to the NA Director of Membership Marketing.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Build and execute against a marketing calendar and journeys to connect and engage with members around scaled member benefits 365
Brief creative teams and agencies to develop content direction, stories, messaging, and creative to market member benefits
Support go-to-market plans for membership program and benefit refreshes
Optimize and localize NikePlus membership benefit messaging across all communciations, touchpoints, and journeys
Manage marketing success metrics and ongoing reporting and action on insights
Conduct research across consumer, market, and technology to maintain pulse of trends, current member perception and satisfaction, and opportunities for optimization of marketing strategy
Regularly partner and communicate internally with leadership and key stakeholders to create alignment for benefit marketing
Bachelor's degree plus a minimum 5+ years' related experience. 2 additional years' experience in lieu of degree
Experience in all major areas of marketing and communications, including mobile, online and offline, brand and product marketing, search, social media, email, in-app push
Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record of delivering results
Ability to move at the pace the consumer demands and enjoy having many projects going at once
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments & situations
Possess ability to change course, be scrappy, and still deliver at a high level
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong project management, interpersonal and leadership skills
On top of industry trends and a love for innovation of service standards
