Customer Service Repair Coordinator

Are you experienced in SAP,? Are you experienced in the Customer Serviced Field? If so Our Client in Bethlehem Pa. is seeking a Repair Coordinator - Temp, to work Monday thru Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm.

Pay is $17 an hour.

Extensive Customer Service experience is required.

SAP Experience is a Must.

We do offer Benefits after 90 days.

Responsibilities:

Issue RGA numbers (return goods authorization) to customers, distributors for the return of hydraulic products

Consult with customers/co-workers as necessary to verify all order details

Assist with warranty claims which includes contacting foreign & domestic business units

Contact suppliers for pricing and product availability both foreign & domestic

Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge of product line for quotation purposes

Expedite orders to improve delivery to the customer

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

Cross trained in SAP order processing for other areas when needed Ship products to and from customers and suppliers both foreign & domestic

Significant overtime may be required; sometimes with little advance notice Occasional travel to customer, supplier site, and training

Perform other essential and peripheral duties as may be assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:

--Knowledge of personal computer and Microsoft Office software

--Positive attitude and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are essential

--Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills, must be organized

--Familiarity with SAP or an ERP system

--Create work instructions, and advocate continuous improvement initiatives

--Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision, as well as in a "Team" environment

--Ability to lift and move per OSHA standards up to 10 pounds on a regular basis

--Must be able to perform quality work without any Logistical failures

Associate degree in Business management with one-plus years of relevant work experience or high school degree with five plus years of relevant work experience

3+ years Customer Service or related experience
