Customer Service Representative

Fortune 500 company and provider of commercial and retail banking, investment, and mortgage services is looking for skilled Customer Service Reps!

Pay: $16/hr

Shift: 1st

Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily completion of back-office functions, which provide support for all divisions. Ensures that daily processes are completed in an efficient manner and audits performance to ensure accuracy.

• Review of commercial and retail deposit account documentation

• Ensures documents are prepared in accordance with approved banking and regulatory requirements

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

• phone etiquette

• data entry

• strong customer service skills

Qualifications:

• 1 year customer service experience

• Proficient with 10-key calculator and Microsoft Office tools

• High school diploma
