Junior IT Support Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Remotely troubleshoot issues on problem calls from clients and technicians.

  • Professionally and accurately handle customer requests including technical inquiries.

  • Answer routine questions regarding service installation, product features, and component-level problems

  • Follow up with customers and internal departments to confirm that issues have been resolved in a timely manner that is satisfactory to the customer.

  • Alternative shifts may be required with this role.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Excellent multitasking ability

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Sound analytical ability, problem solving skills and technical knowledge

  • Highly motivated, energetic, self-starter

  • Great work ethic

  • College degree
