Site Acquisition Manager

Permanent position: Our client has an immediate need for a Site Acquisition Project Manager in the Brea, CA area. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of specific site acquisition experience as a Project Manager. The Ideal candidate will motivate, direct, and assist with all site acquisition team efforts including independent contractor site acquisition firms and develops strategies that meet and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities for the Site Acquisition Manager

  • Manage assigned projects to completion, ensuring that all activities, including site acquisition, regulatory, construction, and permitting are coordinated and completed on time and within budget

  • Provide guidance and direction to site specific site acquisition issues as they arise with the Site Acquisition Specialists

  • Manage timelines for each site acquisition milestone and hold Site Acquisition Specialist's accountable to complete tasks on times and identify potential risk scenarios

Requirements for the Site Acquisition Manager

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a science, business or telecommunications discipline, or a minimum of eight years of progressive experience in a related field

  • Five years' experience in project management, and/or related functional areas in a communication systems companies

  • Strong knowledge of site acquisition process

  • Real Estate License preferred

  • Knowledge of Tower and Wireless industry required
