Customer Service Coordinator

Our Delaware County client is seeking a temporary to permanent Customer Service Representative to join their growing company! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company that is a leader in their industry and is expanding their Delaware County office. Excellent benefit plan and overtime offered once permanent!

Temporary to permanent positions

Hours- Monday- Friday 10:00am-6:00pm or 11:00am- 7:00pm or 12pm-8pm.

Pay rate- $12/hr- $13/hr

Responsibilities:

--Answering incoming calls from customers

--Research customer accounts

--Enter and update customer profiles

--Utilize multiple databases

--Follow up with customers

Working hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
