Project Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented project administrator who knows how to effectively strategize a plan, direct and monitor projects, and lead their team to success. You will ensure adherence to set timelines and budgets and frequently report on your progress. Organized, experienced candidates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Assist project manager in all administration functions and processes

  • Facilitate development of project plans and manage them from inception to completion

  • Monitor all moving parts of the project keeping them synchronized and moving forward

  • Prepare, organize, and distribute all necessary project materials

  • Organize and implement formulated policies and procedures

  • Attend all project meetings and take notes

  • Budget forecast and assess possible project risks and setbacks

  • Maintain and update budgets as project progresses

  • Calculate project metrics including quality assurance, profits and losses

  • Communicate pertinent information between management and staff

  • Strategically create project plans, creating a timeline and setting benchmarks

  • Advise staff on adherence to set budgets and project schedule

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to project assistants and other trained staff

  • Set goals, provide motivation, and thoroughly support your project team members

  • Collaborate on project presentations

  • Analyze project data and produce progress reports

  • Foster positive and productive client relationships


  • Associate's or bachelor's degree required

  • Master's degree preferred

  • 2+ years proven experience as a project administrator or in similar management role

  • In-depth knowledge of IT

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

  • Extremely organized and focused

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
