Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant - $35,000/year to $44,000/year

Great opportunity to join a growing family-owned construction business in the Carlisle, PA area! Our client is seeking a professional level Executive Assistant to support the Vice President and President of the company.

This position will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling of executive team meetings, project meetings, subcontractors, and manpower.

  • Ordering of materials in support of project management and construction teams.

  • Compiling and distributing material submittals.

  • Assisting design team and building owners with material selections.

  • Supporting project management team.

  • Distributing varying types of communications for the executive team.

  • Submitting change order requests and supporting documentation.

Our client seeks a professional level Executive Assistant with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are keys to this position. Candidates must have MS Office proficiency. Adobe is highly desired. No degree required.
