Billing Specialist

job summary:

Great opportunity for a long-term contract with a stable government contractor in Northern Virginia. Due to increase volume on several contracts, the billing team needs to add a resource to assist with billing on several of their contracts. responsibilities:

What will you be doing?

• Billing clients on T&M and CPFF contracts to include upload of T&E data, review of cost data, etc.

• Enter billing information in revenue template to ensure proper amounts are being billed

• Working with a medium volume of invoices to be billed weekly, bi-weekly and monthly

• Perform monthly reconciliations in Excel, using a preset template

qualifications:

What skills should you have?

• Prior experience billing for a large corporate entity, government contracting is strongly preferred

• Experience with Costpoint is preferred but not required

• Experience with another large ERP or billing platform required

• Intermediate Excel skills

• An independent mind-set with the ability to pick up quickly and work well on a busy, compatible team
