An industry leading, innovative company based in Charlotte, North Carolina is looking for a Finance Manager to support their growing FP&A team. The Finance Manager will support major business initiatives, as they continue to grow and achieve overall success. This is a fast paced environment, so we're looking for analytical individual that can multi-task, perform advanced level analytics, collaborate with senior leadership, lead a team and support the corporation's key financial activities.

responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute the financial aspects of strategic planning, financial modeling, operating plan, financial forecasts and working capital forecasting

  • Work cross functionally to support key business units across the organization

  • Analyze operating performance including profitability, market trends, budget vs actual, variance analysis and ad hoc reporting

  • Perform financial and data analytics to develop presentations for senior executives

  • Support corporate finance projects and other ad hoc projects

qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • MBA or MS Degree (required)

  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive career experience

  • Advanced Excel modeling

  • Ability to drive performance

  • Manage and analyze large data sets

  • Communicate effectively across various divisions of the organization
