Call Center Representative Inbound

Randstad is now recruiting for Call Center Representatives for a large business process services company in Cheyenne, WY 82009! In this role you will be working in an inbound call center assisting callers with their medicaid questions. The ideal candidate has previous call center experience and at least a high school diploma/GED. The training is 5 weeks long M-F 8-4:30PM and after that you will work 9:30-6pm. Responsibilities:

  1. Provides excellent customer service by managing provider calls, obtaining information and answering questions, and in specific instances, refers callers to the Operations Manager for service and/or resolution.

  2. Enters information into the Provider Data Management System.

  3. Communicates with providers about ongoing enrollment status in accordance with set policies and procedures.

  4. Contacts providers to obtain missing information and records findings in the Provider Database Management System.

  5. Uses secure web services to complete tasks as defined in the policies and procedures.

  6. Maintains updated knowledge of the Provider Screening and Enrollment project.

  7. Maintains knowledge of contract compliance provisions of the project and meets and/or exceeds those requirements.

  8. Meets and/or exceeds Production and Quality Assurance goals as defined for this position.

  9. Raises issues of concern and/or problems to the attention of the Operations Manager.

  10. Cross-trained to provide back-up support to the Enrollment Specialists or Mail Specialist.

  11. Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.

Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Entry Level

Qualifications:

Must possess a high school diploma/GED

Previous call center experience preferred

Must have at least 2 yrs of Customer Service Experience
