Our client is a major real estate company in the Costa Mesa area and they are seeking an Accounting Administrator to replace an employee who is relocating.
This role is a great stepping stone into the Property Accounting division internally.

2 Main core functions for this Accounting Administrator role:
(1) Helping Controller with the Compliance Package (Controller puts together); looking for someone that understands terms and lenders demands.
- Regarding Compliance Package - looking for individual to have knowledge of terms and what the lenders are demanding. Need to be able to know which reports, financial statements or etc. are being asked form the lender (Controller would approve prior to documents being sent)
(2)Tracking Supplemental tax bills and notices
- Group receives supplemental tax bills, and looking for an individual to monitor deadlines, payments, notices inquiries, and let the team know of the deadline(s) coming up in order to prevent penalties
The ideal Accounting Administrator candidate will have prior real estate experience and be familiar with all the documents needed for the compliance as well as tax related projects as assigned by controller.
Accounting Administrator Qualifications
3-5 years of accounting/office experience
MS Office and Outlook experience
MRI experience a plus
Excel would be preferred
