Administrative Assistant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. General clerical duties-answering phones, filing, copying, faxing, etc.

  2. Write sales receipts and processing sales receipts.

  3. Help Maintain a raw and finished inventory.

  4. Maintain and process employees files.

  5. Reporting payroll deduction information for Corporate for further processing.

  6. Processing Yeild Sheet.

  7. Prepare Bill of Lading for shipments.

  8. Shipping of samples.

  9. Assist Office Manager, Plant Manager, and Plant Superintendent

  10. Follow all G.M.P. rules

Must has excellent excel skills, Good Computer skills, good phone voice


High School




Work in a two person office: Excellent excel skills, work on spreadsheets, detail oriented.
