Client Services

Randstad is currently hiring for one of the world's largest HR consultation firms - locally in Folsom, CA! While this position is temporary, the experienced and senior customer service team has a lot to offer in the form of tenure in the field, business relationships, and resume content. Bilingual candidates will have priority, however all are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provides callers with an unbiased presentation of programs to assist customers with application and eligibility requirements and program questions

  2. Ability to take appropriate action based on the results of member information that has been screened against external state/federal databases.

  3. Complete the eligibility determination process.

  4. Generate case disposition letters

  5. Assists callers in problem resolution, as needed.

  6. Performs data entry functions with the use of imaged documents.

  7. Responds to customer phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous, professional and concise manner.

  8. Communicates effectively with management.

  9. Meets all standards established for this position

  10. Minimum 35 WPM typing speed.

  11. Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Skills:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification; background in human services, or call center customer service; knowledge of California's LifeLine discount phone service program is preferred; experience in data entry and telephone skills; experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse, and disadvantaged populations in a courteous and effective manner; ability to follow directions; excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; and ability to work as a team member, as well as independently. Computer skills are required. Other combinations of education and experience will be considered.

The hiring managers are seeking candidates who are passionate about quality customer service. Backgrounds in customer service, call centers, and/or project-based work are highly sought after! Bilingual candidates can make up to $15.50/hour - monolingual will be compensated $15.00/hour.
