Human Resources Director
Seeking experienced Human Resources Director for growing Healthcare company located in the heart of Cool Springs. Position will manage and oversee all aspects of the company's human resources and talent acquisition functions. Specifically, this person will manage employee relations, strategic planning, company policies and performance management. This position oversees the HR staff and serve as a business partner to the leaders throughout the organization.
-Collaborate with key business leaders and hiring managers to fully understand their hiring objectives and assist in all aspects of the hiring process.
-Design creative and innovative strategies for sourcing and acquiring top talent. Develop recruitment initiatives, services, and solutions that align with the strategic direction of the company.
-Develop, maintain and communicate all human resources policies and procedures.
-Coach and counsel company leaders around all aspects of hiring, managing and retaining top talent
-Oversee employee correction action process.
-Conduct interviews for management as needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make recommendations by using judgment that is consistent with company culture as well as standards, practices, policies, procedures or governing law
-Demonstrated ability to create, implement, market, measure and evaluate employee retention programs and human resource policies and procedures.
-Proficiency in successfully handling and resolving employee issues, disagreements and disputes and coaching and training functional leaders on effective techniques to navigate employee relations challenges.
-Solid knowledge of legal issues and requirements of employee labor laws.
-Bachelors degree in human resources or related field, 5 plus years of HR experience required.
-Healthcare experience highly desired
-Proven success in effectively managing a team
