Accounts Receivable Clerk

Accounts receivable (A/R) clerks are the backbone of a finance team. They are responsible for posting and verifying payments that come into the company and resolving discrepancies.

The Accounts Receivable Clerk needs good organization, communication and data-entry skills to Oracle and Excel in this job, and an aptitude for numbers.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


  • Invoicing to customers

  • Prepare check cash receipt deposit

  • Manage credit card payments

  • Liason for RMA and customer complaints

  • Maintain customer database in Oracle

  • Manage deposit reconciliation with the bank

  • Customer service

  • Make 1-30 day collection calls/ send reminders






  • Microsoft Excel

  • Oracle experience is a plus
