Call Center Supervisor

A large HealthCare Insurance Call Center in Hampton, VA is looking for Call Center Supervisors for Temp-to-Hire opportunities. This company is growing rapidly and has significant advancement potential.


Duties Include:

  • Coordinating operations and activities for the Call Center

  • Provide feedback on performance

  • Monitoring customer service metrics are met

  • Handling complaint calls

  • Provide training and development support to representatives

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM


Skill Required:

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to coach and develop a team






  • 2+ years of experience as a Call Center Supervisor

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Required
