Overview

The vendor performance manager positions will be responsible for accelerating the oversight of vendor performance management activities for the top vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor performance across all business segments through scorecards, they will communication performance across vendor relationship owners, and escalate to senior leaders when needed.

  • Work closely with corporate partners within ES&P to ensure performance guarantees are in place and align within the contracting efforts for the top vendors.

  • Reduce vendor risk as well as alert business owners and leaders when potential issues may arise with our top vendors that could cause a service impact to our customers.

Requirements :

  • 4 year business degree

  • Very advanced Excel skills

  • Detail Orientation

  • Strong relationship skills

  • Strong communications skills (written and verbal)

  • Self-starting with a high level of initiative

  • Collaborative team player

  • Results oriented
