· Researching/reconciling with agent banks on loan data

Candidates will be responsible for :

  1. Reconciling accounts daily: Reconciling an account often means proving or documenting that an account balance is correct. For example, we reconcile the balance in the general ledger account Cash in Checking to the balance shown on the bank statement. The objective is to report the correct amount in the general ledger account Cash in Checking.

  2. Comparing rates VS. other providers in the marketplace - groups are rated based on minimal revenue growth, potential margin compression stemming from increased operating costs and the return of refinancing risk

  3. Trading bank loan debt - trading bonds and corporate bonds

Must haves:

  • Must be able to use Excel - specifically V- lookups - If a V lookup breaks candidates must be able to understand why.

  • Candidates must have previous analytical and critical thinking experience

  • Must be able to take feedback well

  • At least one year of the following experiences : calculation, trading, investment advisory, banking or financial analysis experience preferred
