job summary:

Randstad Technologies is seeking a Change Management & Training Generalist for opportunity in Downtown Kansas City, MO. The Generalist will support the merger of two PeopleSoft FCSM platforms, as well as the implementation of enterprise supply chain initiatives.

responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, delivering and managing multi-channel communications

  • Assisting in the formation and management of the change agent network

  • Developing, administering and delivering training programs

  • Documenting future state business processes and assisting in the development of policies and procedures

  • Interacting with all levels of employees, including managers and supervisors

  • Ensuring readiness through checklists and other tools

  • Collecting metrics and monitoring change progress

  • Interact with a diverse group of stakeholders and subject matter experts to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources reconcile information into change activities.

  • Work collaboratively across all functions and build strong customer relationship and deliver customer-centric solutions.

  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders

  • Assist in planning/coordination of project team building activities and celebrations

  • Assist and support (and may develop) department-wide communication strategies for both internal department communications and the communication of Finance and Supply Chain products and services to employees.

qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business or related field.

  • Two years of relevant experience in human resources, communications, change management, project management, training, or businesses related field is required.

  • Proven capability to successfully work across multiple functions and teams while managing tight deadlines is critical for this role.

  • Must have strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint and other electronic media.
