job title: subject matter expert - ops support

Job scope:

You are responsible to work closely with consultants from Randstad Australia in conducting a health and safety consultation - follow ups with candidates. Daily interaction between clients and candidates are required to enhance the smoothness of the consultation process - to ensure that KL and Australia team are aligned.

Reporting to:

Team lead or team manager

Main accountabilities:

  • Ensuring the delivery of the tasks given are well-managed and completed within the given time-frame.

  • Leading an audit project - Operation health and safety (OH&S/WHS/NSW) compliance

  • Making daily calls to Australian candidates for follow ups on their health and safety consultation.

  • Checking on candidate OHS status to make sure that they completed their initial health and safety consultation.

  • Assisting candidates in solving the issues that they are facing - either related to candidate care or health and safety concern.

  • Working with Australian consultants team to secure a smooth operation of health and safety placement.

  • Managing and own relationships deemed essential to execute specific work streams assigned - including internal and external relationship.

  • Supporting project based or any ad hoc tasks when required - preparing slides, checking candidate placement status or assisting any admin tasks.

Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Flexible in working hours

  • 1 year experience in customer service/fresh graduates are welcomed

  • Good command of English - in writing and speaking

  • Able to demonstrate ability in solving problems, critical thinking in providing new solutions, strong time management in managing high volume of tasks and self-motivate

  • Strong business/client engagement skills

  • High level of competence with MS office especially in excel
