Electro-Mechanical Engineer

Contract position: An Electro Mechanical Engineer is needed for a leader in power and automation technologies in the Lake Mary, FL area. This role will design and modify electro-mechanical apparatuses and other mechanical products using 3D modelling and PLM tools. No per diem available. No travel required.

Responsibilities for the Electro-Mechanical Engineer

  • Work with other groups to effectively accomplish objectives requiring knowledge of associated functions and related engineering fields.

  • Perform various engineering duties requiring the exercise of judgment and application of standard engineering principles and practices.

  • Pursue initiatives to improve effectiveness of the group and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements for the Electro-Mechanical Engineer

  • Prefer a proven knowledge of Solidworks 3D modelling suite and Smarteam PLM tool.
