Benefits Coordinator, Corporate Human Resources $46,000 - $52,000-

Excellent opportunity for a Human Resources professional in the early part of his / her career to join a first class organization that has continued to grow through acquisition and expanding operations. This established company is conveniently in central Lancaster and is also commutable from parts of Dauphin County, Lebanon County, Berks County and York County.

Due to growth, our client is adding a Benefits Coordinator positions in their Corporate Human Resources Department. Our client is looking for an HR Professional with a knowledge of human resources, regulations, benefits, 401K / retirement plans, payroll and has strong Excel skills.

Our client requires a minimum of one year of Corporate Human Resources Benefits experience (preferably within a mid to large sized organization). While a Bachelors Degree is NOT required, it is preferred. In lieu of a Bachelors Degree, our client is willing to look at non-degreed candidates with strong Human Resources Benefits experience. Strong Excel skills are required.
