Human Resources Manager - $85,000 - $115,000 + bonus

Our client seeks candidates for a Human Resources Manager position. This is a newly created position that will direct Human Resources operations and strategy for a 300+ employee multi-location company. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and execute a clear Human Resources vision for a dynamic "employee first" company.

Our client requires a candidate with a minimum of 10 years Corporate Human Resources experience with at least five years of management level experience. Our client seeks a Human Resources Manager with a strong breadth of experience and a "hands on" approach to Human Resources. Candidates must have experience managing a staff of Human Resources professionals. Candidates holding leadership positions in complex regional / national / international companies are strongly preferred.

Bachelors Degree is required. MBA or Human Resources designations (SPHR, SHRM - SCP, etc.) are strongly preferred.
