Come join us!!! our Client is a rapidly-growing furniture manufacturer and we are seeking for an enthusiastic & dedicated candidate for the position of office Receptionist for our corporate office in Leominster, MA. As Receptionist, you will be the first impression that guests have at the company, these interactions carry impactful communication about the brand, and therefore this is a role of great importance. The receptionist will serve as the face and voice of our client and must be both an excellent communicator and strong administrator.
The person who accepts this position may be called upon to participate in the following areas. The right person for this position need not have had direct experience in each area but must have a willingness and ability to learn.
? Manage the reception area, greet and direct all guests/visitors/staff members in a professional manner
? Answer the company?s main telephone line using new tech switchboard system; screen & transfer calls in an efficient, pleasant and professional manner
? Notify staff and keep track of guests/visitors
? Ensure lobby/reception area is kept clean and tidy
? Create welcome displays & name badges for special visitors
? Sort all incoming & outgoing mail; prepare small FedEx shipments; notify appropriate persons of deliveries
? Provide administrative support as needed for CEO, Sales, Accounting & Marketing
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

? Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
