Paralegal

A leading client located in Libertyville, IL is seeking candidates to fill an immediate, Temporary, Paralegal position.

The Paralegal will be responsible for supporting the commercial and transactional work of the law department in specific regards to Contract Review and Contract Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle projects related to contract review and contract management while conducting research related to regulatory issues and commercial contracts

  • Draft and revise a variety of commercial contracts and legal correspondence as well as prepare contract summaries

  • Track all personnel work assignments for the Legal Department while collaborating with members in the Legal department and business clients in order to resolve issues

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • At least 5-7 years of Paralegal experience required; Experience with Commercial Contracts highly desired

  • Must have great organizational skills as well as great verbal and written communication skills

  • Needs to take initiative where appropriate and can excel in a fast-paced environment

Salary/Benefits:

-$25 per hour

-Temporary- 33-40 hours/week

-6 month contract with great possibility of extension

-Immediately available for benefits through Randstad
