Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Are you a person who enjoys the phone and assisting people in their problems? Are you fluent in Spanish and English? We are hiring for Customer Service Call Center Agents in Louisville.

Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls from patients

Research and respond to all problems/concerns

Update information and document in the computer system

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English and Spanish) for effective interaction

Effective problem solving and conflict resolution

Strong Computer skills and data entry

Education:

High School

Experience:

Experienced

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

At least 2 years experience in a Call Center Customer Position

Bilingual in Spanish/English

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel
