Customer Service Call Center

Do you enjoy communicating with people on the phone? Do you like assisting people and guiding them through processes? We are looking for customer service agents in a call center located in central Louisville. If you appreciate a casual environment, this position is hiring quickly.

If you have a positive and professional demeanor, this position is correct for you.

Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls by customers in need of assistance in the tax preparation season

Answer phones with concise and professional tone and language

Review the customer accounts and assess their concerns

Document all client and customer interactions within computer system

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

Excellent listening and problem solving skills

Ability to diffuse difficult situations

Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills

Education:

High School

Experience:

Experienced

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

2 years of customer service experience in a call center or administrative setting

Basic software and computer skills

Flexibility and reliability
