Insert Operator

1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts are available. Selected candidates will either be setting up and operating mail insert machines OR sorting/stuffing documents in a mail room environment.


Set up and operate insert machines ( Pitney Bowes, KERN, and Bell & Howell inserters).

Add appropriate amount of postage to envelopes.

Perform daily maintenance on insert machine to ensure it runs efficiently.

Conduct quality checks throughout the insert run.

Complete associated QC sign-off sheets and prepare accurate paperwork.

Report mechanical problems in a timely manner through appropriate channels.

Adhere to client confidentiality requirements and HIPAA regulations.

Acts as backup for fulfillment and belter during downtime or as needed.

Working hours: 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM


Ability to stand throughout shift and lift approximately 20 lb boxes of envelopes.


High School




1st shift is 7:30am - 3:30pm

2nd shift is 3:30pm - 11:30pm

3rd shift is 11pm - 7am

Dress code for the position is casual. The positions are full-time working 40 hours/week. The positions are contract to permanent opportunities.
