International Account Manager

Base Salary + Unlimited Commission Potential

The position is responsible for selling, placing, representing, servicing, follow-up, pricing, receivables management of our various trade products. (Sony PlayStation, Microsoft Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Software, Hardware and Accessories) in addition to our Collectible/Toy lines. Candidate must be able to perform and communicate in a trader's environment, both in a formal retail and informal "trade" environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sale of product from making offers, setting pricing, securing payment and arranging necessary logistics when needed

  • Ability to understand and be up-to-date on gaming consoles, gaming software, accessories, toy collectibles and other small electronic devices

  • Ability to connect to retail buyers and place various new brands into their stores/e-commerce venues.

  • Savviness to field buyer objectives and convert them in closed orders.

  • Demonstrated ability to secure product forecast and present brand roadmaps.

  • Understanding video game/collectible trends and have the ability to figure varying price points vs. current and future demands.

  • Demonstrate an ability to develop and maintain a strong working relationship with customers, peers and other departments

  • Strong communication and follow-up/follow-through skills

  • Ability to fully understand customer's logistical needs

  • Work closely with the warehouse to ensure all purchase orders are shipped in a timely manner and according to customers' specifications

  • Respond to all customer inquiries sent via e-mail, chat or phone in a timely manner which includes, but not limited to: providing tracking information on purchase orders, shipment variances, accounting discrepancies, missing packing slips, missing invoices, etc.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 AM

Skills:

  • 5+ Experience in International Import/Export Sales in video game or "commodities" experience required; closely related work experience may be used as a substitute.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, merchandising, or related field from an accredited program required

Qualifications:

Good written and oral skills, including proper grammar and spelling, in English & Spanish a must.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs, especially Outlook, Excel and Word

Proficient knowledge of video gaming platforms and hot titles

Basic presentation skills to effectively present information to an audience of varying responsibility within the company

Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities with promptness, efficiency and ease

Ability to work collaboratively with others; conducts working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization
