This position reports the Vice President of Products and is based in either Richmond, Virginia.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
Nurture consensus for the vision both internally and with key external partners
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Release Execution Sprints and teams both serve a larger purpose - frequent, reliable, and continuous release of valuable, system-level software.
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Represent client by meeting with customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
A real passion for customers and the user experience
Consistent track record of leading all aspects of a successful product or enterprise implementation throughout its lifecycle
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
You should have the ability to analyze, synthesize, and discern a broad range of product requests from different sources in order to make the best decision possible for the product and users
Solid understanding of software architecture and technologies
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers to define and drive application features and functionality
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
BS or MS in Computer Science, Finance or related fields
