This role will help support the execution and planning of capital projects taking place across the country in stores from headquarters location.

  • Lead kick-off meetings with key stakeholders;

  • Create and route contract documents;

  • Coordinate project start and completion with Central Monitoring Station;

  • Field questions in general email inbox;

  • Review projects for final acceptance at completion;

  • Hold scheduled calls with vendors;

  • Establish routine for updating project tracker;

  • Create workorders to repair failed assets;

  • Problem solve with support of Program Owner;

  • Communicate site connectivity details to technicians;

  • Highlight project deficiencies in project scope and deadlines to Program Owner;

  • Archive project documents;

  • Record requests for information and change orders;

  • Update access permissions in project tools;

  • Create/update process documents; and

  • Other job duties as assigned.


Requirements :

  • Effectively interact and transact business with vendor/client partners

  • Manage project timelines, ensuring that projects deliver on-time, accurately and with the desired quality of product

  • 1-3 years Project/Process Management experience w/ multiple, technical development projects retail merchandising or marketing experience

  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation

  • Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity, self-directed

  • Strong presentation skills and ability to interact effectively with strong personalities

  • Strong leadership skills including interpersonal communications

  • Conflict management skills Experience with mobile web and applications

  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
