Help company transition from Taleo to Workday Recruiting. We are looking for recruiters who have done full life cycle recruiting and are willing to help with a variety of tasks in the interview process to ensure we have a strong candidate experience and support our recruiters during heaving volume and a higher learning curve time period.

  • Sourcing talented and diverse candidates through innovative sourcing technique

  • S creening resumes and candidates for basic qualifications and to assess interest

  • Developing proactive sourcing action plans that are aligned with business strategies

  • Supporting and tracking candidates throughout the recruitment process

  • Utilizing the available tools and resources to deliver results

  • Communicate sourcing strategies to recruiters and/or hiring managers



  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience

  • Cold calling experience

  • Solid networking skills

  • Ability to sell open positions

  • Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred

  • Microsoft Windows - Word/Excel/PowerPoint
