We are in search for a Warehouse Operations Manager for a local logistics company in both Bell, CA and Montebello, CA. The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees all aspects of the operation with direct supervision of all warehouse and transportation activities. This role will require for you to be able to oversee and help manage two locations one in Bell, CA and another in Montebello, CA.

Supervising the picking, packing, and shipping of orders and is responsible for training and development of all warehouse and delivery employees.
Works in conjunction with Customer Service and the Sales team to develop and maintain strong customer relations, plan and execute established sales goals to achieve financial
Plans, coordinates and directs all distribution related activities.
Directs and monitors compliance of company policy and procedures.
Participates with senior management in developing strategies to meet short and long term company objectives.
Establishes procedures and motivates employees to ensure the highest standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
Implements and maintains cost effective measures to ensure warehousing efficiencies.
Develops and maintains effective inventory control measures.
Manages supply vendor contracts and relationships.
Collaborates with Sr. Managements on the development of annual budget process.
Evaluate employees ? including selection, termination, performance appraisal and professional development of subordinates.
Work directly with vendors, buyers, planners, replenishment, transportation, distribution, and compliance areas.
Ensure all options are considered and most cost effective solution is taken to solve everyday business operational issues.
Understand the KPI's relating to Operations and have action plans in place to deliver them
Hire, train, coach, develop & lead the associates in the Operations to deliver
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Strong leadership and management skills.
Must have clear written and oral communication skills.
Detailed knowledge of distribution operations including receiving, stocking, order filling, replenishment, shipping and inventory control.
Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF experience.
Must have excellent computer skills in MS Office; Advanced Excel skills required
No Degree Required
4+ years distribution operations management experience overseeing order fulfillment, delivery, safety,
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and a strong sense of balance
Attention to safety precautions and common sense
