Administrative Assistant Intermediate level

We have an exciting new opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Morristown, NJ area. This is a direct hire role paying $50 - 60 k based on experience and will be responsible for handling, controlling and maintaining a balanced process of work for the office. Will support areas of Purchasing, Printing, Facilities Management, Space Management, Equipment Contracts and Vendor Coordination:

Responsibilities:

Main responsibilities will include:

? Meet and greet visitors

? Maintain coffee bar and supplies

? Plan and execute corporate onsite lunch meetings, including set up and clean up

? Manage and maintain conference room calendars

? Screen telephone lines and voice messages, route calls and respond independently when possible

? Manage incoming and outgoing FedEx, USPS and Office/Kitchen supply replenishment

? Maintain printers, copiers and postage machines

? Assist in mailings of marketing material, investor materials and due diligence items

? Sort and distribute daily mail

? Process expense reports

? Manage invoicing for vendors

? Book travel as needed

? Assist with annual volunteering event

? Annual survey coordination

? Document management ? scanning, filing, etc.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

--Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, online document management, Adobe and Social Media

--Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize

--Strong communication skills - written and verbal

Education:

Bachelors

Experience:

Experienced

Qualifications:

? 3-5 years? experience in a Corporate Administrative support function

? Commercial Real Estate industry experience is preferred / Must have general understanding of real estate concepts
