responsibilities:

? Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly Cash and GAAP based financial statements

  • Administer and maintain the Yardi Voyager Real Estate Software that includes the Core system, Fixed Assets Module, Commercial CafĂ© Module, and NNN Recovery

  • Provide Reports to and communicate with Property Lenders, Partners, Auditors and Tax Return Preparers

  • Review ledger detail, record adjusting journal entries and review/reconcile subsidiary ledger activity to general ledger

  • Work with Property Managers in preparation of monthly variance reports and recovery reconciliations/billings

  • Processing of cash receipts and cash disbursements

  • Reconciling monthly bank statements to general ledger balances

  • Respond and provide support for accounting related inquiries

qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting

  • 3-5 years Commercial Real Estate Accounting experience

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, handle multiple tasks and work independently

  • Self-starter who can manage a broad range of responsibilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

  • Proficiency with Property Management Accounting Software (Yardi, MRI, AppFolio)

  • CPA certified

  • Yardi Voyager software experience
