Permanent position: Our client, a global Life Sciences company is looking for an Operations Manager to start right away! MUST have one year of Pharmaceutical distribution experience, with excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities for the Operations Manager
Direct responsibility for the successful execution of all companies business functions, which include on time, complete, accurate shipments at the lowest possible cost. This position is also directly accountable for the integrity of all client inventory within the facility, through the successful execution of business processes that include receipts, returns, replenishment, physical inventories and inventory destructions.
Effective management of workflow processes and human resources across multiple shifts to ensure that companies contractual obligations are achieved on a consistent basis.
Identify and develop managers
Interface with clients on new initiatives
Oversee CAPA completion
Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Requirements for the Operations Manager
College Degree and/or a minimum of 10 years distribution leadership experience, preferably in life science services.
Must have 1 year of current Pharmaceutical Distribution experience is a MUST
Strong leadership, planning, organizational capabilities and the ability to utilize strong teamwork skills with other departments are needed.
