I have a client near Downtown, Orlando that is adding an additional general office admin to help out.
Proofing all documentation written and electronic
Coordinate enclosures for outgoing correspondences, reports, etc.
Ensure correspondences are emailed, sent etc in appropriate manner
Review project numbers and audit for accuracy
Other admin duties as needed by the Executives
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Self motivated to be able to work under minimal supervision
Professional communication and organizational skills
3+ years of experience in working as an admin, office manager, etc.
Microsoft Office Experience, Word and Excel primarily
