responsibilities:

Job duties for the Accounts Receivable Clerk position include, but are not limited to:

  • Post customer payments made via ACH, wire and check to the appropriate accounts.

  • Create new customers in the Accounting system using the correct credit limits and terms.

  • Create and analyze the A/R Aging report.

  • Perform soft collections on past due accounts.

  • Maintain an excellent level of customer service.

  • Special projects as assigned by Controller.

qualifications:

Requirements for the Accounts Receivable Clerk position include, but are not limited to:

  • Entry-level Accounting professionals will be considered!!!

  • Experience with A/R, highly preferred.

  • Experience working with a complex Accounting software package.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • The ability to effectively multi-task.
