Executive Assistant


Searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will support the senior leadership team within the office and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with competitive compensation. This will be a temp to hire opportunity on the fast track to convert after 90 days of employment.

Management Style

This position will provide support to 2-3 C-Level Executives in the office. Straightforward and to the point, they are looking for someone that can quickly take ownership of a set of tasks, delegating when need be and efficiently managing projects.


Primary Responsibilities:

--Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients

--Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners

--Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries

--Arrange corporate events and quarterly management meetings

--Prepare presentations for financial review and budget planning

--Work closely with other EAs in the organization for coordinating and planning of leadership events

--Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents

--Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

--Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

--Easily adapts to multiple personalities


High School




--Minimum of two years of experience as an Executive Admin or Executive Assistant

--Experience creating and proofreading documents and proposals

--Experience tracking administrative deliverables to completion

--Expert in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

--Experience using Sharepoint, preferably with administration experience

--Expert in creating/maintaining complex Excel spreadsheets

-- Experience create reports and presentations in Word, Excel and Powerpoint for internal and external customers

--Experience capturing and documenting meeting minutes

-- Excellent spelling and grammar skills

--High attention to detail
