Customer Service Representative

Ensure accurate and timely processing of paper enrollments, membership reports and qualifying life events.

Responsibilities:

Works with matrix partners across the organization to drive optimal performance results and timely customer resolutions.

Research and help resolve all enrollment discrepancies.

Maintain and cultivate solid working relationship with both client level contacts and matrix partners.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Education:

High School

Experience:

Entry Level

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED is required.

1 year of Customer Service experience.
