  • This is a contract role expected to last 4 months.

Learning Senior Specialist? - Job Duties:

  • Manages medium to large scale projects/programs that have high visibility.

  • Directs or performs the analysis, design, development, and implementation of training materials, programs and interventions.

  • Applies proficiency in multiple areas or identified as a subject matter expert with knowledge in at least one job area.

  • Assists with the development of training materials and reference documents, develops training environment, conducts pilot training and develops subject matter experts.

  • Conducts audits and evaluates impact of training on performance.

qualifications:

Develops and implements training materials to facilitate transition to EpicĀ® products.

Self-driven; ability to drive results in interdependent environment

Experience with health informatics systems, preferably Epic certified.

Experienced with remote / virtual training.
