Office Assistant

Our client in Phoenix is looking for an office assistant to join their team. This is a temporary to hire position and this person must be comfortable working in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities:

-Payroll submission

-Time clock management

-Estimates

-Order confirmation

-Communication between customer and operations department

-Marketing and CRM database management

-Purchasing office supplies

Skills:

-Must have quickbooks experience

-Great verbal and written communication

-Be able to multitask

-High school diploma or GED equivalent
