Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruiting and building talent acquisitions strategies, processes and capabilities supporting business verticals.

  • Will partner with stakeholders and Human Resources to drive quality hires for hard-to-fill roles at all levels.

  • Create and implement sourcing strategy, execute the end-to-end recruiting process, conduct in-depth intake meetings with managers to ensure alignment on position, impact and expectations while providing market insights and education.

  • Identify the best online sourcing channels, organize targeted outreach events in the industry to identify high quality candidates and assess candidate quality, skills and fit for positions.

Qualifications:

  • Must have proven recruiting experience with increased levels of responsibility and demonstrated experience developing acquisition strategies.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, superior telephone and interpersonal communication skills and a deep understanding of the labor markets and talent pools.

  • Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
