Administrative Assistant

We are inviting you to our office next Wednesday (December 5th, 2018) for an interview for future open data entry positions. We need awesome candidates like you, who are interested in working in the administrative field. Interviews are going to be held between 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM and again between 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM. We would love to schedule you ahead of time to ensure your time is being used as effectively as possible. If you decide last minute that you'd like to join us, go ahead and drop on by! We will be interviewing for data entry positions, administrative positions, customer service positions, accounting positions, administrative and office positions in the health care realm, and any other positions that pertain to the office and administrative space! We will be providing snacks and drinks in our office for attendees.

Responsibilities:

Typical Admin Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with different departments for special projects

  • Occasionally answer incoming calls, along with directing calls and greeting incoming guests at the front

  • Ordering office supplies

  • Some data entry in Excel system

  • Scan, file, distribute mail and organize office

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 AM

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Quick Learner

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask

  • Must be able to perform job duties independently, exercising good judgment and professionalism

Education:

No Degree Required

Experience:

Experienced

Qualifications:

  • Be presentable in a professional fashion as the face of the company

  • High school diploma or GED required / AA or Bachelors preferred

  • 2-3+ years of previous Administrative Assistant experience or similar background required

  • Strongly proficient in MS Word, Excel
