Are you an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a family-oriented team in Des Peres, is seeking a Receptionist to join their local office and support their small team in various administrative capacities on a temporary-to-hire basis! This is a professional environment with plenty of opportunity for growth.


What you'll be doing:

  • You will be responsible for answering phones, filing, scheduling and coordinating conference rooms/meeting times, scanning, data entry, and sorting/distributing mail.

  • You will help the AP/AR team by sorting and matching invoices, and supporting each additional department as needed.

  • High-level support to multiple partners covering a variety of administrative tasks

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


  • Ability to work independently on several initiatives




Entry Level



  • 3 or more years of Administrative support experience

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
