CNC Lathe Programming
The ideal candidate will be able to work from customer blueprints with minimal supervision. Familiar with MasterCam software to write programs and Set-up different types of CNC Lathes, producing parts of various materials. Performs all setups including tooling/insert selection. Comfortable working in a Team environment
Use CAD/CAM software to generate CNC programs to produce both metal and plastic parts.
Ability to draw in MasterCam.
Interpret engineering drawings/blueprints.
Build all tooling required to produce a repeatable process.
Perform all CNC Lathe setups.
Create setup books clearly defining each process.
Work with department lead and operators to hand off process.
Read & understand blueprints, tolerances and specifications on the blueprints.
Working understanding of GD&T.
Familiar with Vacuum holding techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Excellent GD&T skill.
Minimum 5+ years CNC Programming experience.
Minimum 5+ years CNC Lathe experience.
