Order Entry Associate

We are looking for an Order Entry Associate for a medical device company located at their Santa Clara, CA location. This role requires a driven, independent, outgoing, and effective communicating person to support their sales and customer service team. Responsibilities:

  • Provide best-in-industry customer support from initial customer contact through the life of the customer's order.

  • Address customer inquiries regarding availability of product, pricing, and related items. Quote products and services to customers using SAP.

  • Process customer POs in full compliance with policies and procedures. Troubleshoot issues to ensure accurate and order entry into SAP. Own the order through the life of the order - ensure orders progress through shipping, invoice when appropriate, etc.

  • Provide related customer support through email and phone correspondence

  • Meet or exceed high Quality and very quick Turn-Around-Time expectations.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

Entry Level

Qualifications:

--1+ years of experience in a high-tech environment in Customer Service or Order Management with similar responsibilities.

--Experience working in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred
