Medical Call Center Representative Inbound

Call Center/Customer Care Assistant:

Call center agents provide prompt, professional customer service for specific guidelines within federal contract. Answers calls or inquiries from customers or claimants to explain services. Ensure that all call inquiries are promptly addressed, documented with proper follow-up and professional customer service. This great position comes with optional insurance coverage from Randstad and 8 paid government paid holidays from the customer. These positions are slated to begin the first week of February 2019. May be required to complete a digital interview with Randstad with a smart phone of webcam enabled computer.

Responsibilities:

Provides prompt, professional customer service for FECA following specific guidelines on customer service or call center procedures.

Uses computerized systems and responds to customer inquiries in a call center environment.

Responds to telephone inquiries using standard scripts and procedures.

Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and thoroughly documents customer calls.

Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Skills:

Medical Knowledge or Terminology strongly preferred

Keying Skills Required (7500+ kph)

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Six months or more call center/customer service experience required

Computer Skills and proven ability to learn new programs. Prior experience in navigating through multiple portal using multiple monitors.

Qualifications:

Must be available to work between the hours of 8 AM- 8 PM, schedules change based on needs of the call center and there is little room for exception.

40 hour work week (M-F) - May be asked to work Overtime

Must maintain prompt and consistent attendance.

Ability to illustrate empathy and compassion for others.

Prior Call Center Experience is Preferred
