Data Entry Specialist/Office Assistant

A local business is seeking an Office Assistant to join their team! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door with a reputable company and potentially start a career.


Performs basic clerical functions not requiring knowledge of systems and procedures

Open, stamp & distribute mail

Code, group & forward forms

Collating and copying

Review files, documents, and printouts

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


1.) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

2.) Computer savvy

3.) Previous office experience is required (faxing, sorting)

4.) Experience creating mailings and mail merge is required

5.) Familiarity with share point is a plus

6.) Verbal and written communication skills

7.) Professional and friendly customer service

8.) Quick learner and reliable

9.) At least 40 WPM
